STMS Board Member Tom Brandt, a partner at Fanning Harper Martinson Brandt and Kutchin, will discuss representing municipalities in litigation involving Sexually-Oriented Businesses (SOBs). Mr. Brandt will discuss, among other things, what the First Amendment permits in regulating SOBs, best practices in this regard, and successful efforts to regulate SOBs, such as preventing the pornography exposition Exxotica from using the Dallas Convention Center.

We are applying for Continuing Legal Education credit and expect 1 hour to be approved.
